Integrations

CRM sync

Settings → Integrations → CRM. Connect Orion or Wealthbox via OAuth, or set a Redtail API token. Nightly sync at 04:00 UTC.

Outbound webhooks

Settings → Integrations → Webhooks. Subscribe your own services to key events:

• client.created, client.updated
• presentation.finalized, presentation.shared
• meeting.analyzed
• adhoc_tool.approved

Each webhook is signed with HMAC-SHA256. Headers on every request:

x-pabacus-event: <event_type>
x-pabacus-signature: sha256=<hmac_of_body>
x-pabacus-attempt: <1..5>

Failed deliveries retry at 1s, 5s, 30s, 2m, 10m.

Email notifications

Settings → Notifications. Per-user toggles for email + in-app across invitation, meeting, presentation, digest, budget, and billing events. Budget and payment notifications always reach admins regardless of preference.
