Getting Started
Welcome to Abacus. In five minutes you'll have your org configured, your team invited, and your first client imported.
1. Your organization
Visit Settings → General to set your firm's name, logo, and default assumptions (inflation rate, growth rate). These defaults feed every calculator unless an individual client overrides them.
2. Invite your team
Go to Settings → Team & Users. Click Invite, enter email, pick a role:
- ORG_ADMIN — billing, branding, integrations, full access
- ADVISOR — clients, meetings, presentations, tools
- ASSISTANT — read-only view plus meeting transcript entry
3. Branding
Settings → Branding sets colors and fonts that flow into presentations and PDF exports. Logo uploads are available on the Enterprise tier.
4. First client
From the Dashboard, click New Client, or go to Clients → Import to bulk-upload from CSV or Excel.
5. Your first presentation
Open a client profile, paste a meeting transcript, and let the AI extract strategies. Review the draft, edit numbers, export as PDF or share via a signed link.
