New orgs start in a 14-day Starter trial — no card required.

Upgrading

Settings → Billing, click Switch to Professional or Switch to Enterprise. Takes you to Stripe Checkout. On success you land back at /settings/billing?success=1 and the new tier is active immediately.

Managing billing in Stripe

Click Manage billing in Stripe to open the Customer Portal — that's where you update cards, download invoices, change quantity, or cancel.

Usage alerts

When AI token usage reaches 80% of your monthly budget (configurable in Settings → Usage), all admins receive a budget_alert email. Set the threshold to 0 to disable; set it to 0.95 to be alerted later.
